Turnitin: This is the site where you will submit nearly all of your essays (the only exceptions will be if I ask you to bring in a printed copy of your work to use during discussions). If you ever have trouble submitting here, you may email your work to me, but try to make this work first. Check turnitin frequently for feedback from me. This is where you’ll get comments that are meant to help you either redo an assignment or help you learn why you got the grade you got and how to do better on future assignments. Students who use this feedback regularly are the ones who make the most progress and earn the highest grades. I will also be asking you to keep a document that tracks your Turnitin feedback…I’ll explain what I’m looking for in class.
